Windows 8 နဲ႔ 8.1 ေတြမွာ Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 ကို Online / Off-Line ႏွစ္မ်ိဳးစလံုးနဲ႔ Install ထည့္တတ္ေအာင္ အရင္က ပိုစ့္တင္ေပးခဲ့ျပီး..။ အရင္ပိုစ့္မွာ အင္တာနက္မရွိပဲ Off-Line နဲ႔ Install ထည့္နည္းကို CMD Command ျဖင့္ .bat ဖိုင္ေလး ဖန္တီးျပီး Run ေပးရတဲ့ လုပ္နည္းေလးကို ဒီလင့္က ပိုစ့္မွာ ျပန္ၾကည့္ႏုိင္ပါတယ္..။

အခုဒီပိုစ့္က နည္းကေတာ့ ေဆာ့ဝဲလ္တခုနဲ႔ Install ထည့္နည္းပဲ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္..။ Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 ကို Off-line နည္းနဲ႔ Install ထည့္မယ္ဆိုရင္ေတာ့.. မိမိတို႔မွာ ဝင္းဒိုးတင္လို႔ ရတဲ့ Windows 8 (or) 8.1 DVD ေခြရွိေနဖို႔ လိုပါတယ္..။ 32-bit and 64-bit ၂-မ်ိဳးစလံုးမွာ အသံုးျပဳႏိုင္ပါတယ္..။ အသံုးျပဳတဲ့အခါမွာေတာ့ မိမိတို႔စက္ထဲကို Windows 8 (or) 8.1 DVD ေခြ ထည့္ျပီး.. ဒီပိုစ့္မွာ တင္ေပးထားတဲ့ ေဆာ့ဝဲလ္ေလးကို Run as administrator နဲ႔ Run ေပး၊ ေနာက္ထပ္ ၂-ဆင့္ေလာက္ ကလစ္ေပးလိုက္ရင္ အဆင္ေျပပါျပီ..။ အသံုးျပဳတတ္ေအာင္ ေအာက္မွာ ေဆာ့ဝဲလ္ေဒါင္းယူျပီး ပံုေလးေတြနဲ႔ ဆက္ၾကည့္လုိက္ပါဗ်ာ..။ ဖိုင္ဆိုဒ္ကေတာ့ 104 kb ပဲ ရွိပါတယ္..။

က်ေနာ္တို႔ Windows 8 နဲ႔ 8.1 ေတြမွာ တခ်ိဳ႕ ေဆာ့ဝဲလ္ေတြ အသံုးျပဳလိုတဲ့ အခါ ဒီ Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 ကို ေအာက္ကပံုေလးအတိုင္း ေဒါင္းယူျပီး Install လုပ္ခိုင္းတတ္ပါတယ္..။ အင္တာနက္ ရွိျပီး လိုင္းအားေကာင္းတဲ့ ေနရာေတြမွာ အဆင္ေျပေပမယ့္၊ အင္တာနက္ မရွိတဲ့ ေနရာေတြမွာ ဆိုရင္ေတာ့ ဒီ Off-Line နည္းက အရမ္း အသံုးဝင္တဲ့ နည္းပဲ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္..။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ ဒီေန႔ တင္ေပးလိုက္တဲ့ ေဆာ့ဝဲလ္ေလးကို မိမိတို႔ ဆီမွာ အဆင္သင့္ ျဖစ္ေနေအာင္ ေဆာင္ထားသင့္ပါတယ္..။ 

မိမိတို႔ရဲ႕ ဝင္းဒိုးတင္လို႔ ရတဲ့ Windows 8, 8.1 တို႔ရဲ႕ DVD ေခြကို စက္ထဲ ထည့္ျပီး အေပၚကပံုအတိုင္း Drive Letter ကို မွတ္ထားပါ..။ က်ေနာ့္စက္မွာေတာ့ Drive Letter က (J:) လို႔ ေပၚေနပါတယ္..။ မိမိတို႔ အသံုးျပဳမယ့္ စက္မွ Drive Letter ကို ေရြးယူထည့္ေပးရမွာပါ..။

ျပီးရင္ေတာ့ အခု က်ေနာ္တင္ေပးလိုက္တဲ့ ေဆာ့ဝဲလ္ေလးကို ေအက္ကပံုအတိုင္း Right Click >> Run as administrator နဲ႔ ဖြင့္ျပီး အသံုးျပဳပါ..။

 

ေနာက္တဆင့္မွာေတာ့ မွ်ားအစိမ္းနဲ႔ ျပထားတဲ့ ေနရာမွာ အေပၚက DVD ထည့္ထားတဲ့ ပံုမွာ ျမင္ေနရတဲ့ (J:) ကို ေရြးေပးျပီး Start Installation ကို တခ်က္ကလစ္ေပးလုိက္ရင္ ရပါျပီ..။ 

ဒီေနရာမွာ မိမိတို႔ အသံုးျပဳတဲ့ စက္မွာ ျမင္ရတဲ့ DVD ထည့္ထားတဲ့ Drive Letter ကိုပဲ မွန္ေအာင္ ေရြးထည့္ေပးရမွာပါ..။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ က်ေနာ္ ျပထားတဲ့ ပံုနဲ႔ Drive Letter က တူမွာ မဟုတ္ပါဘူး..။ ျပီးရင္ေတာ့ DVD ေခြထဲက Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 ကို Install ဆြဲထည့္ေနတာကို ၁၀-မိနစ္ေလာက္ ၾကာေအာင္ ေစာင့္ေနေပးလိုက္ပါ..။ ေအာက္မွာ ျမင္ေနရတဲ့ ပံုေလးေတြအတိုင္း ဆက္ေပၚလာပါလိမ့္မယ္..။

အေပၚပံု Started ကေန ေအာက္ကပံု Done - OK ေပၚဖို႔ကို ၁၀ မိနစ္ေလာက္ ေစာင့္ေနေပးပါ..။

OK ေပးျပီးရင္ ပိတ္လိုက္လို႔ ရသြားပါျပီ..။ အေပၚမွာ ဖြင့္သံုးလို႔ မရတဲ့ ေဆာ့ဝဲလ္ကို Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 ေဆာ့ဝဲလ္ Install ထည့္ျပီးသြားတဲ့ အတြက္ က်ေနာ္ ေအာက္ကပံုေလးအတိုင္း ဖြင့္သံုးလို႔ ရသြားပါျပီ..။ 

 ဒီေနရာမွာ တခ်ိဳ႕စက္ေတြမွာ ဒီေဆာ့ဝဲလ္နဲ႔ ဒီလို Install ထည့္လို႔ မရတတ္ပဲ Error ေပၚခဲ့ရင္ေတာ့ အဲ့ဒီစက္ေတြထဲက Windows Update ထဲကို သြားျပီး ေအာက္ပံုေလးအတိုင္း Installed Update ထဲက စာသား၊ နံပါတ္တူတဲ့ ဖိုင္၂-ခုကို Uninstall နဲ႔ ထုတ္ပစ္ျပီး (လိုအပ္ရင္စက္ကို Restart ေပးျပီးမွ) ဒီနည္းနဲ႔ ျပန္ထည့္လိုက္ရင္ အဆင္ေျပသြားပါလိမ့္မယ္..။

 

ဒီေလာက္ဆိုရင္ေတာ့ ဒီေဆာ့ဝဲလ္နဲ႔ ဒီအသံုးျပဳနည္းကို အားလံုးပဲ အသံုးျပဳတတ္သြားပါျပီ..။

ေအာက္ကစာသားေလးကေတာ့ ဒီေဆာ့ဝဲလ္ကို ဖန္တီးေပးထားတဲ့ ဆိုဒ္မွာ တင္ေပးထားတဲ့ စာသားေလးပါ..။ ဒါကေတာ့ Windows 8 DVD ေခြ မရွိတဲ့သူမ်ားကေတာ့ ၊ အေခြရွိတဲ့သူဆီက copy ဖိုင္ယူလာျပီး အဲ့ဒီဖိုင္ထဲက ေအာက္မွာ ေရးေပးထားတဲ့ "sources>>sxs" ဖိုလ္ဒါထဲက ကေန ဒီေဆာ့ဝဲလ္နဲ႔ အသံုးျပဳႏိုင္ပါတယ္လို႔ ေရးေပးထားတာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္..။ ဒီနည္းကိုေတာ့ က်ေနာ္လည္း မစမ္းရေသးလို႔ အသံုးျပဳလိုတဲ့ သူမ်ားက မိမိတို႔ ကိုယ္တိုင္ပဲ စမ္းသံုးၾကည့္ၾကပါ..။

If you don't have Windows 8 setup disc or if you don't want to install .NET Framework 3.5 from setup disc, you can use the setup folder of Windows 8 present on your hard drive. For example, if you copied Windows 8 setup files in E:\ drive of your hard disk, you can click on "Browse" button given in the freeware and then go to the Windows 8 setup folder. Select "sxs" folder present under "sources" folder and then click on "Install" button to install .NET Framework 3.5 in your system.

This small piece of software also provides debugging options for advanced users. You can go to "Configuration" tab and enable the option to show installation process. It'll help you in finding the culprit in case you face any problem while installing .NET Framework 3.5 in Windows 8.

This software will work in both 32-bit (x86) and 64-bit (x64) editions of Windows 8. You'll need to run the software with Administrator privileges by right-click on the program icon and select "Run as Administrator" option. Its required because the method only works if the user has Administrator privileges.
